I recommend reaching out during your second trimester so we can get your date on the calendar. Most maternity sessions happen between 28 and 34 weeks, when your belly is beautifully full, and you're still feeling comfortable. We'll talk through timing during your planning call.

The sweet spot is within the first two to three weeks. They're still curly and sleepy and brand new. That said, I've photographed babies a little older too and the images are just as beautiful. Reach out as early as you can so we can plan around baby's arrival.

Most newborn sessions happen in your home, which is my favorite place for them. Your space, your light, the place where your new life together is already unfolding. I also offer outdoor sessions at local spots in El Paso County if that calls to you more.

Please. This is your family becoming something new. I love including partners, siblings, even the dog. Some of the most beautiful images happen in those in-between moments when everyone is just together.
